A JCU Pathway embraces your background and experience and takes a personalised approach to equipping you for your next step.

The Pathways Student Support Team will provide advice and support on all matters related to your study in Pathways/JCU Prep. We are located in Cairns and Townsville and available online.

We are here to ensure that your learning journey goes as smoothly as possible and assist you with any questions, challenges and referrals to other free JCU services as needed.

Sexual Misconduct Officers provide a single point of contact at JCU for a person who has been subject to Sexual Harassment or Sexual Assault, or for the person or manager supporting that person.

The JCU Student Association offers free, confidential and non-judgmental support services for students.

Student Advocacy and Welfare Officers (in Townsville and Cairns) can help with information, advocacy and referral on a range of student support issues. They also help with academic support issues including exams and assessment, appeals, interpreting Ƶ policies and procedures, and academic misconduct.
